Tracks & placements separated

Placements are individual statement rows exactly as uploaded. Tracks aggregate one or more placements into a single title — you control the grouping.

Track merging

Titles vary across societies ('My Song', 'MY SONG (STEM)', etc.). Merge them into one canonical track so totals roll up correctly.

Libraries (exclusive & non-exclusive)

Organize tracks into exclusive or non-exclusive libraries. Exclusive tracks can't appear in non-exclusive libraries and vice versa — the catalog stays clean.

Albums

Group tracks into albums for an additional layer of catalog organization alongside libraries.

Raw files parsed and discarded

When you upload a statement, we extract the figures and immediately discard the file. Raw statement files are never written to disk or stored in our database.

Parsed data — yours to delete

The extracted royalty figures are stored so your dashboard persists across sessions. You can wipe all of it instantly from Settings. Encrypted offsite backups cycle out within 12 months.

Identity on EU servers

Your email and credentials are stored separately on Neon infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany — AES-256 encrypted at rest, physically in the EU.
